      • How do I get a refund?
        Due to the nature of digital content that will be provided, no refunds will be given. If schedule changes are necessary, please contact your coach for availability. I do understand change can be unnerving for most. So, please make sure you are ready to move forward prior to check out. All full sales, purchases, and partial purchases/deposits under a payment plan are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
      • Do I have to be a Christian to sign up for life coaching?
        No. However, I am a spirit led life coach. And I would ask that you be open to change and redirection to experience real growth that leads to progression.
      • In case of an emergency, can I reschedule my sessions?
        Yes. However, to avoid scheduling conflicts, each package has an expiration date. So, please speak with your coach for availability. We will do everything possible to get you rescheduled during a time that works for you and your coach.
      • What if I don't see the question I need addressed in this category?

        To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
      • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
        You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
      • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
        Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

      Laser Coaching

      Laser coaching is for those that are searching for quick alignment or rapid relief for a specific concern. This is used when you want to address a single challenge, issue, opportunity, or problem.

      Laser sessions can help you move forward and gain clarity with the focus needed to make decisions.

      Note:  You will be asked to identify a specific concern, problem, block or issue you wish to address. Therefore, you must be prepared to jump right to the point, having clarified what you want to accomplish.

      This plan includes:

      • 4-weeks (4/1-hr Mastermind Sessions)

      • Additional 30-minute follow-up mentoring call each week.

      • Text/Email support between mastermind sessions offered from 9am – 6pm Mon-Fri.

      • All digital downloads required for discussions and assignments.

      Progressive Coaching

      Progressive coaching is for those that have started their walk with Christ but have experienced a setback. And moving forward, you need assistance laying the groundwork that will hold you accountable leading to real progression.

      Progressive coaching is designed to give the guidance and support needed to get you back on track. It will bridge the gap between your setback and transformation by giving insight as you:

      1. Acknowledge the issue that led to the setback.

      2. Recognize when you’re being triggered.

      3. Create boundaries & Burn bridges.

      4. Realign with God as you let go of the control surrendering your plan for God’s purpose.

       

      This plan includes:

      • 8-weeks (8/1-hr Mastermind Sessions)

      • Additional 30-minute follow-up mentoring call each week.

      • Text/Email support between mastermind sessions offered from 9am – 6pm Mon-Fri.

      • All digital downloads required for discussions and assignments.

      Intense
      Coaching

      Intense coaching is for those that are sick and tired of being sick and tired. And you know life has more to offer than what you’ve been experiencing. Now, you’re ready to do the inner work necessary to see real change that leads to growth and transformation. Yet, you don’t know how.

      1. Intense coaching offers an exact plan of execution. It lays the groundwork for a daily routine that helps build the proper spiritual foundation to transform your mindset.

      2. Intense coaching will pinpoint problems and challenges which are breeding the obstacles that are keeping you stuck. This starts with breaking down barriers of limiting beliefs that came through past conditioning from childhood trauma and religion, and other influences through adopted & societal beliefs.

      3. Intense coaching also offers the guidance and support needed to release any unhealed trauma that has led to low self-worth/self-esteem, self-sabotaging and self-destructive behaviors, desperate actions, vices, and unhealthy habits.

      4. Intense coaching teaches you how to stay on track as you receive insight on linking triggers to coping mechanisms, setting your new default, creating boundaries, and burning bridges.

      5. Intense coaching helps you to let go of the control as you yield to God’s process while surrendering your plan for God’s purpose.

      • 12-Week (12/1-hr Mastermind Sessions)

      • Additional 30-minute follow-up mentoring call each week.

      • Priority email/Text support between mastermind sessions offered from 9am – 6pm Mon-Fri. and 9am – 12pm Sat.
